據(jù)報道,公共利益科學(xué)中心每年公布“極端進餐(Xtreme Eating)”榜單。榜單列出熱量、飽和脂肪、鈉和糖的含量高的餐點。這是該中心營養(yǎng)專家考查美國200家連鎖餐廳的菜單后得出的結(jié)論。
評選出的最不健康的餐點為:Red Lobster:Create Your Own Combination meal (2,710卡路里)。它包含三種蝦類餐點──椰絲蝦球、炸蝦、鮮蝦意大利面,還配有凱撒沙拉、炸薯條和一份且達芝士餅干,總熱量達到2,710卡路里。

A report by the Center for Science in the Public Interest has identified the unhealthiest restaurant meals in America.
For the center's annual “Xtreme Eating” list, its nutrition experts reviewed menus at 200 restaurant chains in the US to find the meals heaviest in calories, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar.
