食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSA）消息，由于意大利、西班牙等多個(gè)成員國對英國的自愿性紅綠燈營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)提出指控，認(rèn)為該系統(tǒng)對火腿或奶酪等傳統(tǒng)性、地區(qū)性食品的銷售存在負(fù)面影響，會影響消費(fèi)者的選擇，破壞內(nèi)部市場。歐盟委員會（EC）指出，在今后幾個(gè)星期內(nèi)將會宣布是否對英國提起侵權(quán)訴訟。

    然而英國方面發(fā)言人Glenis Willmott稱，嚴(yán)厲譴責(zé)這種偽造訴訟案件阻止交通信號燈標(biāo)識的行為，歐盟機(jī)關(guān)應(yīng)該清楚，成員國有權(quán)實(shí)施自愿標(biāo)識計(jì)劃。
