據(jù)2022年5月基本科學(xué)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫（Essential Science Indicators，簡(jiǎn)稱ESI）統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，閆溢哲課題組在功能性多糖領(lǐng)域期刊《Food Reviews International》、《Chemical and Biological Technologies in Agriculture》發(fā)表了3篇綜述論文“An Insight into the Research Concerning Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer Polysaccharides: A Review”。 “Purification, Structure and Biological Activity of Pumpkin Polysaccharides: A Review”。 “Recent progress in the research of Angelica sinensis （Oliv.） Diels polysaccharides: extraction, purification, structure and bioactivities”，均被ESI數(shù)據(jù)庫遴選為高被引論文。

 

　　綜述系統(tǒng)介紹了人參多糖、南瓜多糖、當(dāng)歸多糖等植物多糖結(jié)構(gòu)特征、生物活性及構(gòu)效關(guān)系。
