歐盟委員會(huì)表示，英國(guó)脫歐后，會(huì)給歐盟知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)在英國(guó)的保護(hù)工作帶來(lái)極大的不確定性，歐盟希望英國(guó)保護(hù)歐盟現(xiàn)有的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。

 

    針對(duì)地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品，歐盟希望英國(guó)認(rèn)可現(xiàn)有的地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品，并通過(guò)立法的形式加以保護(hù)。
