食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國農(nóng)業(yè)部食品安全檢驗(yàn)局(FSIS)消息,9月10日美國農(nóng)業(yè)部發(fā)布通告,指正針或刀片嫩化牛肉產(chǎn)品提案中的部分筆誤。該文件對于2013年6月10日在《聯(lián)邦紀(jì)事》上公布的建議性法規(guī)前言部分進(jìn)行了糾正,涉及生或部分蒸煮并經(jīng)針、刀片嫩化牛肉產(chǎn)品的新標(biāo)簽要求,涉及產(chǎn)品包括注入鹵汁、溶液的牛肉產(chǎn)品。

On June 10, 2013, FSIS issued a proposed rule entitled `Descriptive Designation for Needle- or Blade-Tenderized (Mechanically Tenderized) Beef Products.'' FR Doc. No. 2013-13669; 78 FR 34589-34604. Within the abstract of the Paperwork Reduction Act section of the preamble to the proposed rule (FR 34603), FSIS inadvertently included the phrase ``that do not fall under a regulatory standard of identity'' when characterizing which products would be subject to the rule. When read as a whole, it is clear that this phrase within the Paperwork Reduction Act section of the preamble was made in error.
