食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息,應(yīng)歐委會的要求,7月 11 日歐盟食品安全局就轉(zhuǎn)基因米曲霉 NZYM-LH 和 NZYM-FL 生產(chǎn)的脂肪酶的安全性發(fā)布意見。
通過對轉(zhuǎn)基因操作、生產(chǎn)工藝、組成與分子化學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)以及毒理學(xué)的評估,歐盟專家組得出結(jié)論認為,轉(zhuǎn)基因脂肪酶構(gòu)成的過敏風險極低,無安全隱患。

Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Food Contact Material, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids (CEF Panel) was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the food enzyme lipase (triacylglycerol lipase; EC 3.1.1.3) produced with the genetically modified Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) strain NZYM-LH.
Based on the genetic modifications performed, the manufacturing process, the compositional and biochemical data provided and the toxicological studies, the Panel concluded that this food enzyme does not raise safety concern under the intended conditions of use.
