2016年3月22日，臺灣地區(qū)“經(jīng)濟部國際貿(mào)易局”發(fā)布貿(mào)服字第1057007727號公告，修訂“肌醇”等82項貨品的輸出規(guī)定代號“523”內容，列入“海關協(xié)助查核輸出貨品表”，并自即日實施。
由于部分食品添加物及藥品，核歸相同貨品分類號列并列有輸出規(guī)定代號“523”，出口時應檢附“衛(wèi)生福利部”核發(fā)的藥品許可證復印件，以致食品添加物核歸該等號列者，無法出口。為利食品添加物出口，輸出規(guī)定代號“523”內容修正為：
（一）出口本項下人用藥品，應檢附“衛(wèi)生福利部”核發(fā)的藥品許可證復印件。（屬外貨復出口者，免附）
（二）出口非屬人用藥品，于出口報單填列專用代碼DHM999999999523，免依上述規(guī)定辦理。
