食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊    據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，7日世貿(mào)組織（WTO）做出裁定，由于美國(guó)肉類(lèi)標(biāo)識(shí)政策（COOL）違規(guī)，加拿大和墨西哥可對(duì)美國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品每年強(qiáng)制征收超過(guò)10億關(guān)稅，其中加拿大可征收7.8億報(bào)復(fù)性關(guān)稅，墨西哥可征收2.28億。

    隨后，加拿大聯(lián)邦國(guó)際貿(mào)易部長(zhǎng)Chrystia Freeland和農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)麥考利（Lawrence MacAulay）對(duì)美下達(dá)最后通牒，要求美國(guó)必須取消歧視性的肉類(lèi)標(biāo)簽規(guī)定COOL，否則將面臨加拿大的報(bào)復(fù)。

    美國(guó)自2009年便開(kāi)始實(shí)施肉類(lèi)原產(chǎn)地標(biāo)識(shí)規(guī)定，該規(guī)定的出臺(tái)打擊了加拿大與墨西哥兩國(guó)的肉類(lèi)企業(yè)。

    OTTAWA -- The United States must immediately repeal its discriminatory meat labelling provisions or face Canadian retaliation, two Liberal cabinet ministers said Monday.

    The ultimatum came from International Trade Minister Chrystia Freeland and Agriculture Minister Lawrence MacAulay after the World Trade Organization ruled Monday that Canada and Mexico can impose more than $1 billion in annual retaliatory on tariffs on U.S. products.
