本次意見征求涉及食品和動(dòng)物飼料條例、歐盟退出以及對保留歐盟食品和動(dòng)物飼料安全和衛(wèi)生法律進(jìn)行修正的提議，特別是某些歐盟機(jī)構(gòu)和機(jī)關(guān)的職能。意見征求時(shí)間為2018年9月4日至 2018年10月14日。

    Introduction

 

    1. The United Kingdom referendum, held on the 23 June 2016, resulted in a  majority vote to leave the European unio. On 26 June 2018, the  European unio （Withdrawal） Act 2018 （EUWA） was passed.

 

    2. The EUWA provides that, on exit from the EU, certain directly applicable EU legislation will be converted into UK law. In this Consultation, we refer to the converted law as “retained EU law”。
