食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,《流行病學(xué)年鑒》(Annals of Epidemiology)刊登一項(xiàng)最新研究顯示,對(duì)比1天吃3頓或4飯的人,1天吃6頓以上的人死于心血管疾病的機(jī)率可降低32%。這項(xiàng)研究可能會(huì)使人們重新思考飲食習(xí)慣。
約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)(Johns Hopkins University)和巴爾的摩大學(xué)(University of Baltimore)開(kāi)展了這項(xiàng)研究,對(duì)7000名成年人開(kāi)展了長(zhǎng)達(dá)14年的追蹤研究。
長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),英國(guó)健康專(zhuān)家建議患者3餐定時(shí)定量,將兩餐之間攝取含糖點(diǎn)心和高脂食物的幾率降到最低。
然而最新研究顯示,這恐怕會(huì)讓心臟健康惡化。研究人員認(rèn)為,人體一次代謝少量能量較佳。兩餐間隔較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后攝取大量食物,較可能使新陳代謝系統(tǒng)超過(guò)負(fù)荷,誘發(fā)第二型糖尿病和促使脂肪堆積,也就是心臟病的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子。
研究人員還表示,只有在攝取大量蔬果和少量垃圾食物的情況下,1天6頓才能發(fā)揮功效。
