食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)署消息,6月30日英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)署發(fā)布李斯特菌風(fēng)險防控指南,新的指南主要面向醫(yī)療保健和社會保健機構(gòu),幫助體弱群體應(yīng)對李斯特菌感染風(fēng)險。
李斯特菌病是由單增李斯特菌引發(fā)的一種疾病。盡管非常罕見,卻容易導(dǎo)致嚴重疾病,甚至引起體弱人群死亡。
該指南旨在幫助健康機構(gòu)采取措施應(yīng)對即食食品中的李斯特菌風(fēng)險,同時為食品工業(yè)補充良好的操作規(guī)范。

New guidance has been published, aimed at healthcare and social care organisations, to help reduce the risk of vulnerable groups in their care contracting listeriosis.
Listeriosis is a foodborne illness caused by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes. It is rare but can cause serious illness and death in vulnerable groups of the population.
This guidance is intended to help these organisations determine what steps can be put in place to reduce the risk of Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods and to complement good practice in the food industry.
