食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國食品標準局消息,5月13日英國威爾士食品標準局就修訂2014年食品衛(wèi)生條例,刪除動物緊急屠宰肉品標記征求意見,截止日期為2014年6月10日。
按照歐盟 (EC) No853/2004和 (EC) No854/2004法規(guī)要求,緊急屠宰肉品需加注特殊標記。然而基于該種肉品通過了肉品檢查,不會對人體健康構(gòu)成風險,歐盟委員會后期刪除了這一規(guī)定。

The European Commission has removed the requirement in Regulations (EC) No. 853/2004 and (EC) No. 854/2004 for a special health mark to be applied to meat from animals that have undergone emergency slaughter outside a slaughterhouse and for such meat to be restricted to the national market. The Commission has deleted this requirement on the basis that meat from emergency slaughtered animals which has successfully passed post-mortem inspection does not constitute a risk to public health, a view shared by the FSA. These changes are set out in Article 1(2) and 2(1) of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 218/2014 and shall apply from 1 June 2014.
