近日,華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動(dòng)物科學(xué)學(xué)院王修啟研究員團(tuán)隊(duì)在國(guó)際著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊Molecular Nutrition and Food Research(IF:5.914)正式發(fā)表題為“L-Carnosine protects against deoxynivalenol-induced oxidative stress in intestinal stem cells by regulating the Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway”的論文,揭示提前以天然抗氧化劑肌肽進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)干預(yù),可以重新激活Keap1/Nrf2信號(hào)通路,抵抗嘔吐毒素誘導(dǎo)的腸道干細(xì)胞氧化損傷。2018級(jí)博士生周加義為論文第一作者,這也是該生在腸道干細(xì)胞領(lǐng)域連續(xù)發(fā)表的第7篇高水平經(jīng)典期刊研究論文;通訊作者為王修啟研究員。(論文在線網(wǎng)址https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1002/mnfr.202100406 )
