食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  2019年7月16日，歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）就審查氟吡菌胺（fluopicolide）的最大殘留限量發(fā)布意見。

 

　　根據(jù)歐盟（EC）No 396/2005的第12章的規(guī)定，歐盟食品安全局審查了氟吡菌胺的最大殘留限量。在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風險評估，消費者可能面臨嚴重風險。由于缺少監(jiān)管框架要求的信息，消費者風險評估僅被認為是指示性的，部分擬定最大殘留限量需要進一步的評估。

　　According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance fluopicolide. To assess the occurrence of fluopicolide residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （including the supporting residues data）。
