食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息,3月14日歐盟發(fā)布 (EU) 2017/439條例,批準(zhǔn)一種L-賴氨酸硫酸鹽作為飼料添加劑。
這種L-賴氨酸硫酸鹽由大腸桿菌發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生。用于飼料可作為動(dòng)物賴氨酸的有效來(lái)源,不會(huì)對(duì)動(dòng)物、人體以及環(huán)境構(gòu)成影響。
新條例同時(shí)規(guī)定了賴氨酸硫酸鹽作為添加劑的組成、活性物質(zhì)、檢測(cè)方法以及最大殘留量,同時(shí)規(guī)定食品標(biāo)簽中需要標(biāo)明賴氨酸硫酸鹽的添加量。
新條例自公布后20日起生效。

concerning the authorisation of L-lysine sulphate produced by Escherichia coli as a feed additive for all animal species
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition (1), and in particular Article 9(2) thereof,
wheras:

Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 provides for the authorisation of additives for use in animal nutrition and for the grounds and procedures for granting such authorisation.
(2)
In accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 an application was submitted for the authorisation of L-lysine sulphate as a feed additive. That application was accompanied by the particulars and documents required under Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003.
