食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報道,澳大利亞皇家全科醫(yī)學(xué)院(Royal Australian College of General Practitioners)最新出爐的預(yù)防性健康紅皮書告誡民眾,紅肉有害健康,應(yīng)該少吃。
皇家澳洲家庭醫(yī)師學(xué)院(Royal Australian College of GPs)會議在帕斯召開,會議上推出最新健康紅皮書,醫(yī)師建議人們節(jié)制飲食,保持體重,降低癌癥發(fā)病率。紅皮書建議人們可以將紅肉(牛肉,羊肉等)換成雞肉、魚肉和蔬菜。同時,每天的飲酒量最好在兩杯之內(nèi)。
目前澳大利亞三分之二的人體重超標(biāo),紅皮書還建議每兩年測量一下腰圍。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如果男性腰圍超過94cm,女性腰圍超過80cm,就需節(jié)食減掉5-10%的體重。
