食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，8月2日歐盟發(fā)布（EU） 2016/1330號委員會實施條例，修訂（EC） No 834/2007號理事會條例制定實施細則的（EC） No 1235/2008號法規(guī)，關(guān)于從第三國進口有機產(chǎn)品認證信息。

　　歐盟委員會條例（EC） No 1235/2008附件III列出了跟（EC） No 834/2007條例對等的第三國有機農(nóng)產(chǎn)品認證體系。

　　新條例修訂了澳大利亞、加拿大、韓國、印度等國有機認證信息。因（EU）2015/2345委員會實施條例從附表III中刪除“韓國Doalnara有機認證”屬于行政失誤，新修訂的實施條例更正了該錯誤。

　　Annex III to Commission Regulation （EC） No 1235/2008 （2） sets out the list of third countries whose systems of production and control measures for organic production of agricultural products are recognised as equivalent to those laid down in Regulation （EC） No 834/2007.
