食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息,7月28日歐盟食品安全局發(fā)布了發(fā)酵大豆提取物NSK-SD® 作為新資源食品的安全性。
發(fā)酵大豆提取物NSK-SD?經(jīng)過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理后納豆激酶酶活性為20,000-28,000纖維蛋白降解單位/克。歐盟評(píng)估小組認(rèn)為發(fā)酵大豆提取物NSK-SD® 的產(chǎn)品說明、批次差異性以及穩(wěn)定性較好不存在安全隱患。作為膳食補(bǔ)充劑每天的限量為100mgNSK-SD® ,適宜人群為35歲以上健康人群,孕婦和哺乳期婦女除外。

Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies (NDA) was asked to deliver an opinion on the fermented soybean extract NSK-SD? as a novel food (NF) submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council, taking into account the comments and objections of a scientific nature raised by Member States. The NF is the fermented soybean extract NSK-SD?, which is standardised to a nattokinase enzyme activity of 20,000-28,000 fibrin degradation units/g.
