食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)外媒報道，澳大利亞政府部門擬將“散養(yǎng)雞”的限量標準定為每公頃最多飼養(yǎng)1萬只雞。

    據(jù)報道，新規(guī)定將要求雞蛋生產(chǎn)商在產(chǎn)品盒子上標注每公頃有多少只雞。然而消費者和動物福利組織仍有所不滿，他們希望能達到聯(lián)邦科學與行業(yè)研究機構（CSIRO）制定的行業(yè)自愿守則，即每公頃1500只雞的標準。

    Free range eggs could soon come from farms that allow up to 10,000 hens per hectare.

    It is one of four options to be put to state and territory ministers today, as they meet in Canberra to broker a national standard to label free range eggs.

    John Coward from Egg Farmers Australia said farming up to 10,000 hens per hectare was a satisfactory standard in line with guidelines currently in place in Queensland.
