食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,歐盟委員會于2015年11月通過新型食品條例,之后歐盟食品安全局就新型食品有關(guān)規(guī)定發(fā)布兩份指南草案,近日歐盟委員會就兩項提案開始征求意見。
第一份新型食品指南草案列出了申請新型食品許可所需要的條件。第二份指南草案列出了第三國在證明傳統(tǒng)食品安全使用歷程所需要提交的信息。歐盟食品安全局就此征求意見,截止2016年4月21日。

EFSA has launched a public consultation on two draft guidance documents in the area of novel foods. EFSA developed the documents following the adoption in November 2015 of the EU Regulation on novel foods.
The first document specifies the requirements applicants need to meet when submitting applications for the authorisation of novel foods. The second document concerns the information applicants need to provide to demonstrate the history of safe use of traditional foods from third countries. EFSA invites interested parties to submit written comments by 21 April 2016.
