食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊    據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，11月27日歐盟食品安全局審查了苯草醚（aclonifen）的最大殘留限量，并提出修訂建議。

    根據(jù)歐盟法規(guī)396/2005號第12條的規(guī)定，歐盟食品安全局審查了苯草醚的殘留限量。為評估苯草醚在植物、加工產(chǎn)品、輪作作物、牲畜中最大殘留限量，歐盟食品安全局參考了Directive 91/414/EEC框架下的結(jié)論以及成員國報告的歐盟許可進口限量，在現(xiàn)行數(shù)據(jù)的基礎之上，得出殘留限量建議。最終提議修訂苯草醚在土豆、番茄、牛羊肉等動植物商品中的最大殘留限量。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance aclonifen. In order to assess the occurrence of aclonifen residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Although no apparent risk to consumers was identified, some information required by the regulatory framework was missing.

    Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only and some MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers.
