食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,近日美國佛羅里達(dá)州發(fā)布警告稱,生吃或者食用未熟的海鮮可能感染創(chuàng)傷弧菌(Vibrio Vulnificus)。這是一種致命的噬人肉細(xì)菌,存在于牡蠣、蛤蜊和螃蟹等甲殼類動物。
今年佛羅里達(dá)有8人感染該菌,其中兩人死亡。其中一人是因?yàn)樯院ur,另一人則是因?yàn)槎啻胃腥具@種細(xì)菌。
據(jù)報(bào)道,在佛羅里達(dá)州餐廳,菜單上已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)警告文字:吃生的或未煮熟的貝類,患食源性疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。
