食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,7月18日歐盟食品安全局就腸道和免疫健康聲稱指南的修訂征求意見(jiàn),征求意見(jiàn)截止日期為2014年9月10日。
歐盟食品安全局主要關(guān)注的內(nèi)容包含:
研究人群的適用性;必需營(yíng)養(yǎng)素相較于非必需營(yíng)養(yǎng)素相關(guān)聲稱的評(píng)估;用來(lái)估量結(jié)果的工具(例如問(wèn)卷調(diào)查)的有效性;人類研究的恰當(dāng)報(bào)告;機(jī)密數(shù)據(jù)的處理。
歐盟食品安全局稱,將把征求的意見(jiàn)會(huì)連同NDA專家組的最新科研內(nèi)容以及健康聲稱評(píng)估的經(jīng)驗(yàn)作為依據(jù),修訂腸道和免疫健康聲稱指南。

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is calling for input from all stak eholders as it goes about revising its controversial gut and immune health claim guidance that dates back to 2011.
In calling for input until September 10, the Parma-based agency focuses on areas including:
· Suitability of the study population
· Evaluation of claims related to essential nutrients compared to non-essential nutrients
· Considerations on the validity of tools used to measure outcomes (e.g. questionnaire)
· Appropriate reporting of human studies
· Handling of data w hich are claimed as confidential
