葉酸、煙酸和硒的膳食參考攝入量如下:
葉酸的人群參考攝入量為330 μg膳食葉酸當(dāng)量/天,孕婦為600 μg 膳食葉酸當(dāng)量/天;
硒的適宜攝入量,成人為70μg/天,哺乳期婦女為85μg/天;
煙酸的平均需要量為5.5mg煙酸當(dāng)量/1000kcal,人群的參考攝入量為6.6 mg 煙酸當(dāng)量/1000 kcal。
葉酸和硒的草案將開始征求意見,而煙酸的意見將轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給歐盟委員會和各成員國。

The European Food Safety Authority's (EFSA) panel for Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies (NDA) concluded on a population reference intake of 330 μg dietary folate equivalents (DFE) per day. For pregnant women this was set at 600 μg DFE/day, although it was acknowledged that the data was weaker than that for non-pregnantadults.
For selenium the panel set an adequate intake of 70 μg per day for adults, with an extra 15 μg a day added for lactating women to account for losses through breast milk.
