食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)外媒報道，美國康乃狄克州Addivant公司的WESTON705液體抗氧化劑獲美國 FDA批準用于食品接觸材料。

    該抗氧化劑為不含壬基苯酚的液態(tài)亞磷酸鹽，與固體亞磷酸鹽相比，穩(wěn)定高分子聚合物性能更佳。它可用于下列幾種食品：零食袋、袋裝加熱食品和熟食包裝，也可用于多層薄膜和涂層、復合薄膜。

    WESTON 705, produced by Connecticut-based Addivant, is a liquid  antioxidant used to stabilize polymers. The FDA has approved the material for use in food-contact applications, such as food packaging.

    Performance pack aging

    The nonylphenol-free phosphite, according to the company, offers increased performance （and reduced w orry） compared to conventional solid phosphites. Peter Smith, Addivant's president and CEO, told FoodProductionDaily the product can lead to stronger, better -performing food packaging.
