食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國(guó)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSA)消息,自去年年初以來(lái),英國(guó)食品安全局指派政策研究所對(duì)食品衛(wèi)生制度進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。
本次評(píng)估活動(dòng)始于2012年初,預(yù)計(jì)將延續(xù)至2014年中期。評(píng)估對(duì)象包括英格蘭與威爾士地區(qū)的食品衛(wèi)生評(píng)級(jí)制度(FHRS)以及蘇格蘭地區(qū)實(shí)施的食品衛(wèi)生信息制度(FHIS)。
評(píng)估活動(dòng)通過(guò)開(kāi)展研究的形式進(jìn)行,評(píng)估內(nèi)容包括以下4個(gè)方面:
.審查衛(wèi)生評(píng)級(jí)制度的開(kāi)展情況
.檢查是否按照原方案執(zhí)行
.評(píng)估該制度對(duì)消費(fèi)者、商家以及地方當(dāng)局的影響
.評(píng)估該制度對(duì)商家合規(guī)情況以及公眾健康的影響

The FSA has commissioned the Policy Studies Institute to evaluate the FHRS in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and the FHIS in Scotland.
This is a major evaluation exercise which began early last year and which will run to mid-2014.
The evaluation will be carried out via a process study and an impact study, which are designed to:
explore how the schemes are being implemented
check if they are operating as intended
assess the impact on consumers, businesses and local authorities
assess the impact on business compliance levels and on public health
