根據(jù)歐盟委員會第396/2005號法規(guī)第12章，歐盟食品安全局審查了氰氟蟲腙的最大殘留限量。在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風(fēng)險評估。缺少監(jiān)管框架要求的信息并確認(rèn)了消費者可能面臨的急性風(fēng)險。因此，消費者風(fēng)險評估僅被認(rèn)為是指示性的，部分?jǐn)M定最大殘留限量需要進一步的評估并應(yīng)考慮降低消費者風(fēng)險暴露的措施。

　　According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC ） No?396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRL s） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance metaflumizone. To assess the occurrence of metaflumizone residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Commission Regulation （EU ） No?188/2011, the MRL s established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission and the European authorisations reported by Member States （including the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Some information required by the regulatory framework was missing and a possible acute risk to consumers was identified. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only, some MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers and measures for reduction of the consumer exposure should also be considered.
