食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,近日歐盟食品安全局就22種吡啶、吡咯和喹啉衍生物的安全性發(fā)布意見。對于這22種物質(zhì),歐盟專家組同意糧農(nóng)組織/世界衛(wèi)生組織食品添加劑專家委員會(JECFA)認(rèn)為將其用作調(diào)味物質(zhì)無安全性問題的結(jié)論。另外,歐盟專家組還對1-糠基吡咯等15種調(diào)味物質(zhì)進(jìn)行評估,并提出一般使用量和最大使用量建議。

The Panel on Food Contact Materials, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids of the EFSA was requested to consider evaluations of flavouring substances assessed since 2000 by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and to decide whether further evaluation is necessary, as laid down in Commission Regulation (EC) No 1565/2000. The present consideration concerns a group of 22 pyridine, pyrrole and quinoline derivatives evaluated by JECFA (63rd meeting)。
