食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，應歐委會要求，5月8日歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）再次就提取物EstroG-100?作為新食品原料，用于食品補充劑發(fā)布意見，認為絕經(jīng)婦女按照最大攝入量175mg/天服用是安全的。
據(jù)了解，EstroG-100?是一類由3種藥材的熱水提取物，3種草藥分別為隔山消（Cynanchumwilfordii Hemsley）、糙蘇（Phlomisumbrosa Turcz）、朝鮮當歸 （Angelicagigas Nakai）。
歐盟食品安全局審查了該物質(zhì)對血液和肝臟的毒性研究。最終決定維持該物質(zhì)安全性的結論，并提議絕經(jīng)婦女的最大攝入量175mg/天，低于申請人的514mg/天。
