食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,4月7日歐盟食品安全局就審查五氟磺草胺(penoxsulam)的最大殘留限量發(fā)布意見。
根據(jù)歐盟(EC)No 396/2005的第12章的規(guī)定,歐盟食品安全局審查了五氟磺草胺(penoxsulam)的最大殘留限量。
為了解氟菌唑在植物、加工商品、輪作農(nóng)作物以及牲畜中的最大殘留限量,歐盟食品安全局參考了91/414/EEC號指令當中的結論、成員國的限量規(guī)定。
在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎之上,EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風險評估。經(jīng)過評估,歐盟食品安全局認為,維持五氟磺草胺在葡萄、柑橘、檸檬、小麥、大麥等植物性商品中的殘留限量。

Penoxsulam was included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC on 1 August 2010 by Commission Directive 2010/25/EU, and has been deemed to be approved under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 541/2011. As penoxsulam was approved after the entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on 2 September 2008, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is required to provide a reasoned opinion on the review of the existing maximum residue levels (MRLs) for that active substance in compliance with Article 12(1) of the aforementioned regulation.
