按照新要求，進(jìn)口商可以采用一種附加方式，來(lái)證明奶酪中的李斯特菌不會(huì)增殖，即證明在貨架期內(nèi)李斯特菌的數(shù)量不會(huì)超過(guò)0.5 log cfu/g 。涉及的奶酪不包括新西蘭進(jìn)口奶酪或者生奶酪。

The department has updated the information for answering the following Community Protection （CP） question for cheese and Listeria monocytogenes （CPQ 547）。

These updates are to:
clarify that importers have an additional option for demonstrating cheese is a kind of cheese in which growth of Listeria monocytogenes will not occur; and
remove the department's transitional advice about answering the CP question, as this advice is no longer necessary.
