按照新要求,進(jìn)口商可以采用一種附加方式,來(lái)證明奶酪中的李斯特菌不會(huì)增殖,即證明在貨架期內(nèi)李斯特菌的數(shù)量不會(huì)超過(guò)0.5 log cfu/g 。涉及的奶酪不包括新西蘭進(jìn)口奶酪或者生奶酪。

The department has updated the information for answering the following Community Protection (CP) question for cheese and Listeria monocytogenes (CPQ 547)。
ARE THE GOODS CHEESE IN WHICH GROWTH OF LISTERIA MonOCYTOGENES CAN OCCUR? SEARCH 'CHEESE IN WHICH GROWTH CAN OCCUR' AT WWW.AGRICULTURE.GOV.AU FOR MORE INFORMATION.
These updates are to:
clarify that importers have an additional option for demonstrating cheese is a kind of cheese in which growth of Listeria monocytogenes will not occur; and
remove the department's transitional advice about answering the CP question, as this advice is no longer necessary.
