食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,1月26日歐盟食品安全局發(fā)布2016年細菌耐藥性報告與人畜共患病報告手冊。
在歐盟2003/99/EC指令與2013/652/EU2016實施決定的框架下,細菌耐藥性報告為匯報產(chǎn)肉動物與食品的細菌耐藥性提供指導,有助實現(xiàn)成員國匯報細菌耐藥性的統(tǒng)一與協(xié)調(diào),確保數(shù)據(jù)的相關性,令數(shù)據(jù)分析更為容易。該手冊主要適用于沙門氏菌、彎曲桿菌和空腸彎曲桿菌,以及應報告的動物種群、食物類別。人畜共患病手冊涵蓋了歐盟食品安全局現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)收集系統(tǒng)中所有人畜共患病以及病原。
