據(jù)報(bào)道,澳大利亞餐飲業(yè)協(xié)會(Restaurant and Catering Australia)顯示,到2020年時(shí),餐飲業(yè)將缺口16萬員工。南澳當(dāng)前就缺少2700人。
據(jù)評估,2020年南澳餐飲業(yè)將缺員7800名,其中阿德雷德就占6400名。餐飲協(xié)會南澳副主管娜維爾(Sally Neville)稱,其中將有3400名熟練工短缺。

A LOOMING staffing crisis has prompted pleas for more school leavers to consider careers in cooking and serving food.
Projections by industry body Restaurant and Catering Australia show 160,000 jobs may go begging by 2020. South Australia is experiencing an immediate shortfall of about 2700 staff.
The estimated state demand for new workers by 2020 is 7800, of which 6400 will be needed in Adelaide.
Restaurant and Catering SA deputy chief Sally Neville said that, of those, the state needed 3400 to be skilled workers.
