食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦公報(bào)消息，11月10日美國(guó)環(huán)保署發(fā)布條例，豁免1-丁基-2-吡咯烷酮（2-Pyrrolidinone, 1-butyl-）作為農(nóng)藥助劑（濃度低于30%以重量計(jì)）用于農(nóng)作物時(shí)的殘留限量要求。
SciReg. Inc. 公司提交了本次豁免申請(qǐng)。美國(guó)環(huán)保署經(jīng)審查認(rèn)為，沒必要制定相應(yīng)的殘留限量。新條例自11月10日生效，征求意見截止2017年1月9日。

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 2-pyrrolidinone, 1-butyl- （CAS Reg. No. 3470-98-2） when used as an inert ingredient （solvent/cosolvent） in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops only at a concentration not to exceed 30% by weight under EPA regulations. SciReg. Inc. on behalf of Taminco U.S., Inc. a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act （FFDCA）， requesting the establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
