食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)加拿大衛(wèi)生部消息，7月14日加拿大衛(wèi)生部發(fā)布通告，修訂食品酶列表，批準(zhǔn)一種產(chǎn)自嗜熱脂肪地芽孢桿菌（Geobacillus stearothermophilus TP7）的蛋白酶用于水解動物、植物與牛奶蛋白以及水解酵母。

　　目前加拿大衛(wèi)生部已批準(zhǔn)多種有機(jī)體來源的蛋白酶用于食品，這包括水解動物、牛奶與植物蛋白。然而尚未批準(zhǔn)嗜熱脂肪地芽孢桿菌TP7。經(jīng)過評估，加拿大衛(wèi)生部認(rèn)為該蛋白酶用于食品是安全的。

　　Health Canada received a food additive submission seeking approval for the use of protease from Geobacillus stearothermophilus TP7 as a food enzyme in hydrolyzed animal, milk, and vegetable protein, and in hydrolyzed yeast.

　　Protease from various other source organisms is already permitted for use in Canada as a food enzyme in a range of foods, including hydrolyzed animal, milk and vegetable protein. However, Geobacillus stearothermophilus TP7 has not previously been approved in Canada as a permitted source for any enzyme.
