食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國食品標準局消息,2月25日超過130位國際頂尖食源性病毒專家齊聚倫敦皇家科學院,參加第一屆食源性病毒國際研討會。
本次會議由歐盟食品安全局與英國食品標準局主辦,目的是更好的認識食品鏈中的病毒,找出幾個首要的研究課題,幫助科學家、企業(yè)以及監(jiān)管人員處理消費者面臨的食品安全風險,保護公共健康。

More than 130 leading experts on viruses in the food chain have taken part in the first International Workshop on Foodborne Viruses at the Royal Society of Science in London.
The event was organised by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to further understanding of viruses in the food chain and to identify key research priorities that will help scientists, industry, and regulators manage the risk to consumers and protect public health.
