食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,近日澳大利亞聯(lián)邦政府對(duì)食品安全法進(jìn)行了修改,新規(guī)定食品制造商和零售商將不再需要向消費(fèi)者監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)(ACCC)報(bào)告與食品相關(guān)的死亡或疾病案例,改由醫(yī)生負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)告。
小企業(yè)部部長(zhǎng)比爾森(Bruce Billson)說(shuō),根據(jù)各省和行政區(qū)公共衛(wèi)生法律要求,醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生報(bào)告與食品相關(guān)的疾病或死亡案例。
