澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布第112期食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資訊

　　食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSANZ）消息，2014年5月澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布第112期食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資訊。

　　本期食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資訊主要內(nèi)容為：公布第24次澳大利亞總膳食研究第一階段內(nèi)容，分析了澳大利亞食品飲料中三種食品用化學(xué)品的濃度；發(fā)布AUSNUT 2011-2013，為澳大利亞健康調(diào)查提供了食物膳食補充劑和營養(yǎng)攝入量估計；發(fā)布最新版食品行業(yè)召回協(xié)議，此協(xié)議是食品行業(yè)的必備讀物；就亞硫酸鈉（sodium hydrosulphite）作為食品添加劑用于罐裝鮑魚開展公開征求意見；公布澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典第148號修正案，允許抗昆蟲大豆和抗除草劑菜油籽用于食品；批準(zhǔn)了兩項提案，P1014和P1017。

　　FSANZ has published the latest version of the Food Industry Recall Protocol for food businesses. The protocol is essential reading for any business in the food industry.

　　FSANZ invites written submissions on the draft variations to the Code arising from the following Applications by 6pm （AEST） 27 June 2014:

　　.A1088 – Sodium Hydrosulphite as a Food Additive: to include sodium hydrosulphite （sodium dithionite） as a food additive to be used in the processing of canned abalone.

　　Amendment No. 148 to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code was published by FSANZ on 15 May 2014. It included amendments resulting from the following Applications:

　　.A1087 – Food derived from Insect-protected Soybean Line

　　.A1089 – Food derived from Herbicide-tolerant Canola Line

　　FSANZ has approved variations arising from the following Proposals. FSANZ has notified these approvals to the COAG Legislative and Governance Forum on Food Regulation:

　　.P1014 – Primary Production & Processing Standard for Meat & Meat Products

　　.P1017 – Criteria for Listeria monocytogenes – Microbiological Limits for Foods
