食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 2019年10月15日,美國食品藥物監(jiān)督管理局(FDA)發(fā)布了修訂后的國家監(jiān)管程序食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以監(jiān)督食品企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、加工、包裝、持有食品。
據(jù)了解,這些監(jiān)管程序標(biāo)準(zhǔn)被稱為“加工食品管理程序標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(MFRPS)”,最初由美國FDA于2007年5月間首次發(fā)布,每三年更新一次。此次更新涉及術(shù)語定義、文件附件、處理方法,以及現(xiàn)行在用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The FDA established a committee comprised of officials from the FDA and state agencies responsible for the regulation and inspection of food facilities to develop and updat the MFRPS as a set of quality standards for manufactured food regulatory programs.The regulatory program standards are comprised of ten standards designed to protect the public from foodborne illness and injury. These elements include the program's regulatory foundation, staff training, inspection, quality assurance, food defense preparedness and response, foodborne illness and incident investigation, enforcement, education and outreach, resource management, laboratory resources, and program assessment.
