食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟官方公報(bào)消息，歐盟將不再批準(zhǔn)含有咪唑菌酮的植物保護(hù)產(chǎn)品。

 

    2018年7月25日，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2018/1043，根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC） 1107/2009，刪除了實(shí)施細(xì)則（EU）540/2011附件A部分中的第62行關(guān)于咪唑菌酮的內(nèi)容。成員國(guó)最遲應(yīng)于2019年2月14日之前撤銷(xiāo)對(duì)含有滅螨酮作為活性物質(zhì)的植物保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的授權(quán)，寬限期為最遲在2019年11月14日之前撤銷(xiāo)。

 

    法規(guī)在歐盟官方公報(bào)公布后20天生效。

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 20（1） and Article 78（2） thereof,

 

    （1）Commission Directive 2003/68/EC （2） included fenamidone as an active substance in Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC （3）。

 

    （2）Active substances included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC are deemed to have been approved under Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 and are listed in Part A of the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation （EU） No 540/2011 （4）。

 

    （3）The approval of the active substance fenamidone, as set out in Part A of the Annex to Implementing Regulation （EU） No 540/2011, expires on 31 July 2019.
