食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,應歐委會的要求,7月12日歐盟食品安全局再次就谷氨酸、谷氨酸鹽作為食品添加劑的安全性發(fā)布意見。
根據(jù)歐盟安全局調(diào)查顯示,目前谷氨酸和谷氨酸鹽(E 620-625)的每日暴露量超過ADI和某些人群不良反應劑量。
歐盟食品添加劑和營養(yǎng)小組(ANS)建議將谷氨酸和谷氨酸鹽(E 620-625)每日允許攝入量(ADI)定為30 mg/kg 每天。

The EFSA Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient Sources added to Food (ANS) provides a scientific opinion re-evaluating the safety of glutamic acid–glutamates (E 620–625) when used as food additives. Glutamate is absorbed in the intestine and it is presystemically metabolised in the gut wall. No adverse effects were observed in the available short-term, subchronic, chronic, reproductive and developmental studies.
