食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，新西蘭房地產(chǎn)協(xié)會(huì)（REINZ）最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在截至11月的過去3個(gè)月里，農(nóng)場(chǎng)銷售同比增長(zhǎng)7.4%，共有447個(gè)奶牛場(chǎng)出售。盡管奶牛場(chǎng)交易減少21%，牧場(chǎng)交易減少6%，農(nóng)場(chǎng)年度交易額仍增長(zhǎng)1.9%。

 

    自7月以來，全球乳制品交易平臺(tái)（GDT）的全脂奶粉價(jià)格增長(zhǎng)了74%，11月份各牛奶加工商紛紛上調(diào)預(yù)期牛奶收購價(jià)。目前新西蘭、澳洲及歐盟等主要出口國牛奶產(chǎn)量已經(jīng)下降，而中國等主要市場(chǎng)的牛奶需求正在回升。

 

    在過去3個(gè)月里新西蘭共售出45個(gè)奶牛養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)，每公頃銷售中間價(jià)為47385元。

    There were 447 farm sales in the latest three months, a 7.4% increase on the same period a year ago. Annual sales rose 1.9% to 1,803, although 21% fewer dairy farms and 6% fewer grazing farms sold over the same period.
