食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)新加坡農(nóng)糧局(AVA)消息,11月3日新加坡農(nóng)糧局發(fā)布消息,通告荷蘭一家農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)生的低致病性禽流感疫情。
受疫情影響,新加坡農(nóng)糧局宣布對(duì)疫情周邊1公里半徑范圍內(nèi)的家禽和家禽產(chǎn)品采取臨時(shí)進(jìn)口限制措施,并立即生效。
新加坡農(nóng)糧局表示,符合加熱滅活要求的熱加工家禽產(chǎn)品沒有問題。然而,對(duì)于荷蘭非疫區(qū)的進(jìn)口禽和禽產(chǎn)品,則需在獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生證書上附加有關(guān)證明。

OUTBREAK OF AVIAN INFLUENZA (AI) IN NOORD-BRABANT,NETHERLANDS
The Netherlands has reported an outbreak of H5 Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza (LPAI) at a farm in Noord-Brabant.
Annex 1
The additional certification should state on the Veterinary Health Certificate:
a) Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) and H5 and H7 low pathogenicity avian influenza (LPAI) are notifiable diseases in the country of export.
b) The birds from which the meat was sourced were not vaccinated against H5 and H7 subtypes of avian influenza (AI), as defined by the World Organisation
for Animal Health (OIE)。
c) The poultry meat and meat products were not derived from birds originating from 1 km radius restricted area around the affected premises in NoordBrabant,Netherlands.
d) The poultry from which the meat was derived were born, raised, and slaughtered in Netherlands, or were legally imported as day old chicks from
countries with equivalent poultry health status.
