食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,9月14日歐盟食品安全局再次就二氧化鈦作為食品添加劑的安全性發(fā)布意見。
經(jīng)過相應(yīng)評估,歐盟食品安全局認(rèn)為,二氧化鈦作為食品添加劑無基因毒性,然而生殖毒性數(shù)據(jù)不完善,因此ADI值尚無法設(shè)定。待生殖毒性數(shù)據(jù)完善后,再制定ADI值。

The present Opinion deals with the re-evaluation of the safety of titanium dioxide (TiO2, E 171) when used as a food additive. From the available data on absorption, distribution and excretion, the EFSA Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient Sources added to Food concluded that the absorption of orally administered TiO2 is extremely low and the low bioavailability of TiO2 appears to be independent of particle size.
