食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSANZ)消息, 11月12日澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通知公告 24-14,就兩項提案一項申請征求意見。
主要內(nèi)容有 A1104-申請允許添加多種維生素和礦物質(zhì)于堅果和種子為基礎(chǔ)的飲料,為過敏消費者提供牛奶替代飲品;
P1034-一項關(guān)于可能從包裝材料向食品中遷移的化學(xué)物質(zhì)的公共健康評估,安全風(fēng)險識別與風(fēng)險管理的提案;
P1035-含酒精食品的麩質(zhì)聲稱,允許酒精含量超過1.15%的食品(包括飲料)聲明麩質(zhì)營養(yǎng)成分。

FSANZ invites w ritten submissions on the draft variations to the Code arising from the follow ing
Proposal by 6pm (Canberra time) 24 December 2014:
-P1035 Gluten Claims about Foods containing Alcohol: to permit nutrition content claims about gluten in relat ion to foods (including beverages) containing more than 1.15% alcohol by volume.
-P1034 Chemical Migration from Pack aging into Food:to assess the public health and safety risk of chemicals w hich may migrate from packaging materials into food, and to identify and manage any risks.
