食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,今年法國數(shù)家大賣場(chǎng)陸續(xù)試賣外觀扭曲、但營養(yǎng)價(jià)值不變的“丑蔬果”,以減少食物浪費(fèi),目前該活動(dòng)在法國蔓延開來。
由于多數(shù)消費(fèi)者挑選蔬果時(shí),習(xí)慣以果實(shí)端正、顏色鮮嫩為選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),于是約有10-30%的丑陋蔬果被浪費(fèi)。本次活動(dòng)期間恰逢世界糧食日,旨在減少蔬果浪費(fèi)。

Following the first 'Ugly Vegetables“ sales campaign in an Intermarché in Provins a little over 6 months ago, the project is spreading all over France in partnership with the Cantine California food truck. Parisians will be able to taste their ugly fruit and vegetable specialities until the 19th October.
This partnership coincides with the revival of Intermarché‘s campaign launched in March as well as anti food wasting day which is on the 16th October. For the occasion Intermarché will carry out the operation in 1,800 sales points.
