食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)美國食品安全新聞網(wǎng)消息，上周三美國疾控中心（CDC）發(fā)布通報稱，有機(jī)奇異籽粉引發(fā)的沙門氏菌疫情已接近尾聲，本次疫情由三種菌株引發(fā)，其中紐波特沙門氏菌導(dǎo)致20病例，哈特福德導(dǎo)致7例，奧拉寧堡沙門氏菌4例。共31人受到感染，其中5人住院。沒有發(fā)生死亡病例。

    Organic sprouted chia powder was responsible for an unusual Salmonella outbreak - which now appears to be over - that sickened 31 people in 16 states. It was unusual in that the organic sprouted chia powder was said to be responsible for three strains of Salmonella in the single outbreak.

    The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention （CDC） reports the organic sprouted Chia powder resulted in 20 cases of Salmonella Newport, seven cases of Salmonella Hartford, and another four with Salmonella Oranienburg. Five of the 31 sickened required hospitalization. No deaths were reported.
