食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)國(guó)外食品網(wǎng)站報(bào)道，2012年歐盟委員會(huì)要求EFSA評(píng)估食品中的丙烯酰胺對(duì)人體的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，近日歐盟食品安全局表示，計(jì)劃在2014年上半年完成丙烯酰胺對(duì)人體的毒性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意見(jiàn)草案，并公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)，并于2015年上半年完成終期意見(jiàn)。

    The European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has said it aims to complete a draft opinion on the toxicity of acrylamide for humans, and open it for public comments, by mid 2014 - with a final scientific opinion scheduled for the first half of 2015.

    EFSA said that its experts have now identified 'hundreds' of scientific studies to consider in its first full risk assessment of acrylamide - which has been suggested as a possible carcinogen.
