原文報(bào)道：According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Germany compiled an application to modify the existing MRLs for trifloxystrobin in leafy brassica. In order to accommodate for new usesof trifloxystrobin in Germany, it is proposed to raise the existing MRLs in leafy brassica from 0.02 mg/kg (set at the LOQ) to 3 mg/kg. Germany drafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 ofRegulation (EC) No 396/2005 which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 19 February 2010.
