食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)澳新食品標準局(FSANZ)消息,近日澳新發(fā)布通告,擬擴大納他霉素的使用范圍,批準其作為防腐劑用于發(fā)酵乳制品和凝乳制品,抑制霉菌和酵母生長,延長產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期,最大使用量為5mg/kg。
本次申請由DSM Food Specialties B.V. (DFS)公司提出。

With this application DSM Food Specialties B.V. (DFS) requests a variation of Standard 1.3.1 “Food Additives”, Schedule 1 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code) with respect to the extension of use of natamycin as a natural preservative in fermented milk products and rennetted milk products of Food categories 1.2.2 and 20.2. The maximum level of use is 5 mg/kg.
